Some good Steampunk/Cyberpunk books?
The Moon has smiled and it looks like I'm privileged with a brief internet shopping spree for Christmas. I'll probably get a couple tapes and vinyls- if anyone knows where I could get a decent piece of audio equipment for $60 or less that would be even better.

Thomas Riley by Nick Valentino is my favourite steampunk book.
And I highly recommend you check out http://www.thomann.de/ for music shopping.

It also depends on what you're after, because sometimes you can get items for a decent price from the manufacturers.

Software wise, I'm going to try to get Logic on my own
I was thinking maybe a Casio SK-5 or something along the lines of that, maybe a really good deal on a Kaos mixer, if that's possible. Whatever. Looks like I'll just end up getting some inspiration, which is always a good thing.

Yeah, I'll probably pick up my books from Amazon. Just sucks that it's $4 flate rate for shipping on a book. Still some killer deals.
